Here are the solutions that worked best.
- Run as Administrator: Right-click League of Legends. Select Properties. Click Compatibility tab. Check Run as administrator. Click Apply.
- Update Windows: Open Windows Settings. Click Windows Update. Select Check for updates. Install all updates. Restart PC.
- Clean Boot Windows: Press Windows + R. Type msconfig. Click Services tab. Hide Microsoft services. Click Disable all. Open Task Manager. Disable all startup items. Restart PC.
- Update Graphics Driver: Open Device Manager. Expand Display adapters. Right-click your graphics card. Click Update driver. Choose Search automatically. Install updates.
- Reinstall League: Uninstall League of Legends. Delete Riot Games folder from C drive. Delete Riot Games in %localappdata%. Empty Recycle Bin. Download fresh League installer. Install game.
- Fix System Files: Open Command Prompt as admin. Type sfc /scannow. Press Enter. Wait for scan to finish. Restart PC.
